The handle and latch are built into the door and cannot be replaced separately. If either component needs replacement, the complete door assembly is replaced.

Haven one-year limited warranty

One-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on the door, latch, handle, hinges and wheels. If a part fails in normal household use, Lucky Muffin replaces it at no cost.

Compatibility and contents

Designed for the Lucky Muffin Haven Open-View Dog Crate. Compatible with every Haven production batch. This is not a universal crate door.

Includes 1 assembled door panel with its clear insert, frame, handle and latch. The crate body, cushion, wheels and other crate panels are not included.

Common questions

Can I replace just the handle or latch?

No. The handle and latch are integral parts of the door and are replaced together with the complete door panel.

What if my Haven is outside the warranty period?

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can review the available options.

How do I install the replacement?

Contact us for replacement-specific guidance. After installation, check that the panel is correctly seated, moves as intended and latches properly before returning the crate to use.
