Harbor is built around materials that take a wipe and move on. Here's what to do, and what to avoid.
Wipe surfaces
Use a damp cloth on the HDPE panels — no harsh cleaners required.
Clean spills promptly
Wipe and dry to prevent residue building up around panel joints.
Reconfigure freely
Panels detach and re-snap, so you can resize or reshape the space as routines change.
Supervised outdoor use
Harbor isn't weather-rated. Indoors is best; outdoors, keep it supervised and temporary — avoid unattended or long-term use, direct sun, and damp.

How long does assembly take?
Most layouts snap together in a few minutes. Lay the panels on a soft surface, connect them into your chosen shape, and add the door panel — no power tools needed.
What comes in the box?
Each Harbor includes the panels, a door panel, connectors and holders with suction cups, assembly hardware, and an instruction manual.
Can I reconfigure or expand it later?
Yes. Panels detach and re-snap, so you can resize or reshape the layout as your space and routine change. Add-on panel sets let you expand the footprint.
Is Harbor chew-proof?
No. Harbor is not chew-proof and is not recommended for aggressive chewers. If your dog is in a heavy chewing phase, supervise the first sessions.
My dog seems unsure at first. What should I do?
Give your dog time to get familiar with Harbor at their own pace. Keep the experience calm and positive, and let them explore it gradually as part of their normal routine.
Can I use Harbor outdoors?
Yes — for supervised outdoor use. Ground stakes are included with every layout except the 4-panel set, and help secure the panels on grass or soft surfaces. Avoid unattended or long-term outdoor use, and limit direct sun and moisture to help preserve the panels over time.
