Order Processing

  • Processing time: All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Free Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $0 on all orders—no minimum required!
  • Speed: Most orders arrive in 2–8 business days after shipment.
  • Coverage: Currently available for all orders shipped within the continental United States.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is late, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your tracking for the latest carrier updates.
  2. If tracking shows delivery but you don’t have your package, please wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark items early.
  3. Still stuck? Email us at support@luckymuffin.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.

Lucky Muffin isn’t responsible for packages after confirmed delivery, but we’re here to advocate on your behalf.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or any part is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Email support@luckymuffin.com
  • Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damage
  • We’ll send replacements or work with the carrier to make it right—fast.
