Haven assembles in about 10 minutes.
Everything you need is in the box. Lay out the pieces on a soft surface so HDPE panels don't scratch, and follow the included manual page-by-page.

Haven is built around materials that take a wipe and move on. Here's what to do, and what to avoid.
Wipe surfaces
Use a damp cloth on HDPE panels — no harsh cleaners required.
Clean spills promptly
Wipe and dry to prevent residue building up around panel joints.
Cushion care
The cover removes for machine wash. Follow the care label inside the cover.
Indoor use only
Haven is not weather-rated. Keep it inside, away from direct sun and damp.

How long does assembly take?
Assembly is designed to take about 10 minutes using the included Allen wrench. Lay panels on a soft surface, follow the manual page-by-page, and tighten screws hand-snug — no power tools needed.
What comes in the box?
Each Haven includes the crate, cushion, four lockable wheels, four anti-slip pads, assembly hardware, an Allen wrench, and an instruction manual. You fit one set to the base — the wheels if you want Haven to roll, or the anti-slip pads if you'd rather it stay put.
How should I clean Haven?
Wipe HDPE surfaces with a damp cloth. Clean spills promptly. The cushion cover removes for machine wash — follow the care instructions on the label inside the cover.
Is Haven chew-proof?
No. Haven is not chew-proof and is not recommended for aggressive chewers. If your dog is in a heavy chewing phase, supervise the first sessions and consider a chew alternative inside the crate.
My dog seems unsure at first. What should I do?
Give your dog time to get familiar with Haven at their own pace. Keep the experience calm and positive, and let them explore it gradually as part of their normal routine.
Can I use Haven outdoors?
Haven is designed for indoor use only. The HDPE panels and hardware aren't weather-rated, and direct sun or moisture will shorten the product's life.
