Is the 24-inch height enough for my dog?
Harbor is 24 inches tall and works best for puppies and calm small dogs. Height alone doesn't determine fit — size, weight, and temperament all matter. Calm dogs are typically well-contained, while very athletic or determined jumpers may need supervision or a different solution.
Can dogs jump out of Harbor?
Harbor is not a fully enclosed or jump-proof playpen. It's designed as a comfortable, home-friendly boundary for puppies and calm small dogs, not for dogs that actively jump, climb, or attempt to escape. If your dog is a known jumper, we recommend supervised use or exploring enclosed crate-style options.
Is Harbor chew-proof?
Harbor is made from thick, durable plastic designed for everyday use, but it is not chew-proof. It works best for crate-trained dogs, puppies under supervision, or dogs that do not aggressively chew.
Does it work on hardwood or tile floors?
Yes. Harbor includes dual suction cups on each panel to help improve stability on smooth indoor surfaces like hardwood, tile, or laminate.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, for supervised outdoor use. Ground stakes are included with every layout except the 4-panel set, and help secure the panels on grass or soft surfaces. Avoid unattended or long-term outdoor use, and limit direct sun exposure to help preserve the finish over time.
How do I clean it?

I purchased this product to have a cute and dog friendly enclosure for my new puppy. She is very tiny and she cannot fit through the slats of any of the panels or door. That is amazing because that is not typical for most companies. I like how the waterproof pad on the bottom is easily accessible and cleanable. This is especially helpful with puppies. I actually lay Puppy pads on top of the waterproof pad for double protection and it works great! I just love how the panels have dog bones and the front gate has a dog bone for a latch. I have it in my living room room and it does not take away from the decor. It actually looks very cute. Love this product would buy it 100% again.

I actually like, mainly cause it has a door. It's lightweight, easy to assemble, has suction cups to stay in place. Only downfall but not major is the pad that came with it is too thin. Price could've been a little cheaper, other than that a good playpen/ whelping box.

I searched and looked at SO MANY pens. I kept coming back to this one. I run a dog rescue. I rescued Shosho from a horrible hoarder/breeder operation. Since she was pregnant, I took her home from our facility. Through her C-section and puppies, she stayed at my house. When I finally decided I wanted to adopt her, I needed a little set up for her since she’s not really housetrained. This way when she’s not directly with me, she is secure and can use the potty pads. This pen is so cute, easy to put together and sturdy. It probably would not be a good fit for a heavy puppy but it’s perfect for a calm small dog. Perfect investment for my new family member.

If you are ok with a pen that has to be either square or rectangle then this is a great option as a little play pen or whelping pen. The plastic sides are hard and sturdy and this was pretty easy to put together. It has little rubber suction cup feet so it stuck to our hardwood floors pretty easily but there are also stakes for tying it down outside too, which is nice. The slats in the sides are skinny enough that most small animals aren't getting through so this is going to be a great option for the rescue that I volunteer with, since we always have kittens or older or injured animals that we need to keep confined to a smaller space. The plastic means this is easy to clean too. Overall, a good option for what it is. If I could change one thing it would be to have the option to make this other shapes and not just have a straight or right angle connection, but I do think that probably adds some of the stability to it, so I'm sure there's a tradeoff there to be made.

Years ago I had a “dog playpen” that I used forever to contain babies/toddlers, dogs/puppies, kittens, all sorts of critters, one of the handiest things I ever had; can’t remember what happened to it. Although my girls and their kids are grown up, we still have the occasional need for one of these, visitors with babies (can be used to separate the dogs and babies and avoid the dogs kissing on the babies.) My main reason for ordering this Lucky Muffin 10 PanelDog Playpen w/Door is to contain my dogs and tortoise when doors or gates may be left open, typically at get togethers when people are going in and out of the house and the yards.I find it extremely stressful to have to continually remind people to shut the gate and doors because we have pets that may want to take a walk about and find it very unfair to lock our pets in a room or a tiny area where they can’t see or be part of the group. This is my answer, when we have people over I can set this pen up near the group and everyone including the pets can be part of the crowd. I like that it is tall enough to keep my small dog in but easy to reach in and pet or grab her to get out. Our tortoise is also very sociable and has a tendency to follow people around, trip hazard, and has decided to try out the pool (I have told him tortoises do not swim), this way people can visit with him and keep everyone safe!Putting this dog playpen together is very straightforward and would have been much easier for me the first time if I would have used a level surface not the lawn (specified in instructions I found in bottom of box afterwords.) I don’t think I will ever use the door for this playpen, somehow I can only get it together with the door opening inward; also, easier to reach in or step over and at this point my little dog is not that rambunctious to need the stakes (suction cups are a great idea if using in the house on hard flooring, I took them all off since I use outside exclusively.) I also like that you can assemble bigger or smaller in different variations to fit the space. When not in use, doesn’t take up a whole lot of room to store, bungee cords will keep the panels together, wish it would have came with another cloth bag for the connectors, improvised and I fit them all in a Crown Royal bag. The hard plastic surface is a snap to clean as well, spot clean with a cloth and cleaner or take outside and spray clean with a hose and dry.Overall I believe this is a good option for a “dog playpen.” Is it worth the price, the jury’s still out on that because I am quite sure it is not going to last like my previous one. However, I would still recommend this product.

Oh how I love this doggie playpen. It was ridiculously easy to put together- no instructions needed. I love that I can move it around to wherever I need it whether it’s at the camper or out by the pool. My little dachshund loves to be out by the pool with me but has fallen in too many times and this allows her to be out there without any worries. The doggie door on the playpen is cuter than cute! The handle is a little dog bone. When I’m using it on grass I could use the stakes that came with it, but didn’t really feel like it was necessary. The playpen stayed in place with no problem.
