We want you (and your pets) to be 100% happy with your Lucky Muffin purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return window: 30 days from delivery
Refund method: Original payment method
Return shipping: Paid by customer

To start a return, email us at support@luckymuffin.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Changed your mind?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used grooming products (e.g. brushes, towels)
  • Items showing signs of pet use (fur, stains, odor)
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working properly, let us know within 7 days. Contact support@luckymuffin.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video (if possible)

We’ll make it right — fast.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s processed.
