Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days after they ship. We pack and ship all orders within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States.

We’re working on expanding—sign up for our emails to be the first to know when we do!

Can I upgrade to faster shipping?

Right now, we only offer standard shipping, but reach out to support@luckymuffin.com and we’ll do our best to help with special requests.

What if my package is late or lost?

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Double-check your tracking and delivery address
  2. Wait 24 hours in case the carrier marked it early
  3. Still need help? Email us at support@luckymuffin.com

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your package shows up damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@luckymuffin.com with your order number and photos—we’ll send a replacement or help troubleshoot.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, yes!

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@luckymuffin.com with your correct address. If the order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you:

  • View your order history
  • Save your shipping info
  • Track orders more easily

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Are returns free?

Return shipping isn’t covered at this time, but we’re working toward that. We’ll send you instructions and a return address once your return is approved.

How do I start a return?

  • The item you’d like to return
  • A quick note about why (this helps us improve!)

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

How do exchanges work?

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to:

  1. Return your current item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email once it’s processed.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Yes—due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used grooming products (like brushes or towels)
  • Items with signs of pet use (fur, stains, odors)
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked on product pages)

What is your warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products — because they’re designed to last through the real messes and sweet moments of life with pets.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product breaks or malfunctions due to a material or construction issue within one year of purchase, email us at support@luckymuffin.com and we’ll make it right.

Please note: we can’t replace items that are damaged due to regular wear, chewing, or pet-related messes — but we’d love to hear your feedback so we can keep improving.

How do I clean my Lucky Muffin products?

We get it — life with pets is wonderfully messy.
